If companies weren’t already convinced, the Omicron variant should push everyone to understand that this is the NEW normal. As I said in the first post back in January 2021 (link is above) “…COVID variants are already cropping up and the vaccines may or may not protect us from those variants. Infection of people due to these variants will cause work location closures on a periodic basis.”

Since January 2021, the Delta variant took hold and now we are dealing with Omicron…
