Remote Work — The New Normal in 2021+

If you think that we are going back to a 5-day in-the-office working model, I’d say you are nuts. Sure, manufacturing and service jobs, dentists/doctors, will need to be in the office, but the knowledge workers (ie — tech workers, product managers, marketing managers, etc) have no reason to be in a corporate office. The pandemic FORCED a change to how we work. The pandemic PROVED that remote work is not only possible but BETTER from a work/life balance perspective in terms of eliminating commute time.
